What makes Natacha's approach stand out is her background in mental health, specifically as a qualified CBT therapist specialising in low self-esteem. She brings this expertise to her styling work, using personal style as a tool to help children express their authentic selves. It’s more than just about what they wear—it’s about empowering young people to develop a positive self-image that they can carry into adolescence and adulthood.

It's such a critical age for building confidence before they enter secondary school, where the pressures really increase.”
Natacha’s workshops encourage students to think about how their personal style can be a reflection of who they truly are. They explore choices in clothing, how they express themselves verbally, and how their actions can help them feel more confident. This holistic approach is designed to help them break free from worrying about what others think and instead focus on their own individuality. By doing so, Natacha hopes to equip them with the resilience to face challenges head-on as they grow.
Her passion for this work comes from a personal place. As a child and teenager, Natacha struggled with body image and self-doubt. Reflecting on those years, she wishes something like her workshops had been available to her. “I know firsthand how hard it can be to feel good about yourself at that age,” she said. “If there had been something like this back then, it might have made all the difference for me.”

Hide AdHer workshops have already touched many young lives. One standout moment for Natacha was when a child, passionate about the show Stranger Things, chose to express that enthusiasm by wearing an 80s-inspired jacket and sneakers. For Natacha, it was a clear sign that her work was helping children feel confident in showing who they really are.
In the end, Natacha’s work with Savvy Style is about much more than just clothing or style. She’s giving children the tools they need to develop a positive self-image that will serve them for years to come. By helping them transform negative thoughts into positive self-perceptions, she’s creating a foundation of confidence that will last long beyond their school years. Through her workshops, Natacha is helping children embrace their true selves, and that’s something that can have a lasting impact.
