Wigan's grottiest buildings revisited - with some new entries on the roll call of shame
Earlier this year Wigan Today featured some of the town’s worst and longest-running eyesores. Well, they’re all still there, sad to say, and now we have added a few more, rounding it up to a dozen grot spots.
