Laura White announces album news

Former X Factor star Laura White has announced she is releasing her debut album!

The Atherton-born singer, who found fame on the show in 2008, told fans that she had been signed and would have a new EP out in the summer followed by a full album.

She tweeted: “Announcement of the day – Next EP – Summer 2016.. Album also 2016 – and both Label signed.”

The 28-year-old has already released to EPs - What My Mother Taught Me in November 2013, and No.95 only last month.

Shortly after the X Factor show her solo song You Should Have Known, reached Number 32 in the charts and she toured with Peter Andre.
