Car damaged after being set alight

Arsonists are thought to have set fire to a car in the early hours of the morning.

Firefighters were called to Siddow Common in Leigh at 1.20am on Friday to tackle the blaze involving a BMW.

The cause of the fire is suspected to be deliberate ignition and police have been informed.
