Crash at new junction

THERE were traffic delays after a crash at the new Marus Bridge junction.

The incident happened on Saturday evening with a Honda Jazz and Vauxhall Corsa.

Traffic was back flowing by 6.30pm. Police and paramedics were both in attendance but the conditions of those involved have not been confirmed.

It happened on the junction of Warrington Road and Highfield Grange Avenue.
