Jail for woman who broke a criminal behaviour order by going into a shop and stealing from it
A criminal behaviour order had been imposed by magistrates 12 months earlier.
A shoplifter who broke a court order banning her from certain stores has been jailed.

Anouska Moorby, 50, of no fixed address, was handed a criminal behaviour order in October last year by Preston magistrates, which prohibited her from entering a number of shops in Skelmersdale.
This included Asda, on Ingram, and B&M Bargains and Poundstretcher on Tawd Valley Retail Park, as well as Co-Operative Foods on Ormskirk Road, Up Holland.
But on October 5, police received a report that a woman had stolen items worth £45 from the Poundstretcher store and made no attempt to pay.
Two days later, Moorby was arrested and charged with theft from a shop and breach of a criminal behaviour order.
She pleaded guilty to the offences when she appeared before Preston magistrates and has now been jailed for 12 months.
PC Dave Fairclough, of West Lancashire’s neighbourhood policing team, said: "Prolific shoplifters can have a real impact on businesses, staff and shoppers, often causing repeated distress and financial losses.
“Thanks to the hard work of officers, we were able to build a strong case which has led to this custodial sentence. We remain committed to tackling repeat offenders and keeping our communities safe."
