Driver without licence or insurance refused breath test

A woman who didn’t have a driving licence nor was insured to drive a car refused to give a breath test when stopped by police.

Susan McMahon, 37, of Siddow Common, Leigh, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to the three motoring offences committed on Clarence Street, Leigh, while driving a Suzuki Alto on June 10. She was given an interim ban from driving pending her sentence on July 21.
