Drunk driver fled crash scene
A man has admitted fleeing the scene of an accident which caused injury while high on drink and drugs.
Steven Kevin Hindley, 42, of Scott Road, Lowton, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to drink-driving, dangerous driving, failing to stop after an accident and drug driving.
He was sent to Bolton Crown Court for sentencing on August 22.
