Strangulation charges against a young Wigan man dating back more than three years will be tested at a trial next year
A Wigan 21-year-old has denied repeatedly choking a woman.
Harry Kenny, of Poolstock Lane, Poolstock, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court to plead not guilty to throttling a named female between September 2022 and January 2023 and again between May and September this year.
A trial date of March 22 next year was scheduled.
