A Leigh man is alleged to have driven after taking drugs and then while banned
He will be back in the dock on Tuesday.
A Leigh man has appeared in court accused of drug-driving and then driving while disqualified four months later.
Martin Isherwood, 46, of Highfield Avenue, is charged with driving a Volkswagen Golf on Great Clowes Street, Salford, on April 18 when the proportion of cocaine and its metabolite benzoylecgonine in his blood were above the legal limit.
He is also alleged to have driven the same car on Leigh Road, Leigh, on August 4, while disqualified from holding a driving licence.
He did not enter pleas during a hearing before borough magistrates and was remanded on unconditional bail.
Isherwood is due to go before Manchester magistrates on November 10.
