Man, 46, facing indecent image charges

A 46-year-old man accused of creating child porn is to appear before a crown court judge next month.

Arkadiusz Wyrzykowski, of Gamble Street, Leigh, faced three charges of making an indecent image of a child when he appeared before Wigan and Leigh magistrates.

The alleged offences concern 80 Category A images - the most serious kind - 142 Category B and 1,169 graded at Category C.

Wyrzykowski also faces a charge of possessing eight extreme pornographic images of a person performing an act of intercourse with a live unknown animal.

He is accused of committing the offences between March 17 2017 and April 16 2018, in Manchester.

Justices declined jurisdiction and sent the case to Bolton Crown Court where he will appear on April 8. He was released on unconditional bail in the meantime.
