Christopher Davis was given a community punishment by Wigan magistrates who ordered that he complete a six-week night time curfew while electronically tagged.

The 41-year-old, of Peter Street in Leigh, pleaded guilty to the offence.
He must also pay £75 compensation which, when added to the amount he must pay in court costs and a victim services surcharge, means he faces a bill of £245.
A charge of having a Stihl saw and power drill when not at home was withdrawn by the prosecution.
