Motorist charged with being three times over drink-drive limit
A man has been accused of driving while three times the limit while not having a licence or insurance.

It is alleged that Atanas Velikov, 30, from Ennerdale, Skelmersdale, gave a reading of 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
The legal limit is 35.
He has yet to enter pleas and Wigan magistrates adjourned the case until later in the year, September 24.
