Police issue public plea to trace wanted Wigan men

Police are appealing for help to trace two wanted men with links to Wigan.

Lee Barber, 38, is wanted on recall to prison, having been released in July after serving a sentence for burglary offences.

Police are also looking for Wigan man Thomas Aspinall, 36, in connection with witness intimidation and criminal damage.

He has links to Manchester, Preston, Chorley and Leyland.
