Rape accusation case adjourned until October

A man accused of three sexual attacks, including rape, will not learn his fate until later this year.

Edvins Kotos, of Silverdale Road, Ince, appeared before borough magistrates accused of sexually attacking a female over 16.

There are three charges in all: rape, sexual assault and forcing the woman to perform a lewd act.

The offences are alleged to have happened on July 29 2018. The case was adjourned to October 7 and the 36-year-old has yet to plead.
