A man who admitted breaching the peace has been bound over for six months.
Jonathan Kay, 22, of Up Holland Road, Billinge, behaved in a way that breached the peace on Sunday May 31.
At Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court, he agreed to be bound over to keep the peace, especially towards Elaine and Horace Kay, in the sum of £100.
