Jack Lally, 22, of Brockstedes Avenue, Ashton, admitted being at the wheel of a VW Golf on St Paul’s Avenue, Goose Green, on July 3 while disqualified.

Wigan justices ordered he be under electronically tagged curfew until December 29 and they put eight points on his licence.
