Marc Heyes, 34, of Medlock Way, Platt Bridge, was spotted at the wheel of a Ford Mondeo in Lune Road, Platt Bridge, on May 20 despite being barred from doing so, Wigan justices heard.
Pleading guilty to charges of driving while disqualified and without insurance, Heyes must also complete 200 hours’ unpaid work and pay £180 in court costs and a victim services surcharge.
