It is alleged David Oliver, 40, of Darlington Street, Wigan, gave a reading of 142 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath when police stopped a Vauxhall Vectra on

Wallgate on October 7. But he pleaded not guilty when he appeared before borough magistrates, who set a trial date of March 1.
