A man found with crack cocaine has been banned from the road after failing to provide a specimen when suspected of drug-driving.
John Higson, 53, of Falkirk Grove, Norley, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to the charges and they hit him with a 16-month driving disqualification and an £875 bill in fines and costs.
