Michael Sparkes, 31, of Bleasdale Road, Hindley Green, stood before Wigan and Leigh magistrates to plead guilty to having false trade plates on a Ford Focus that was stopped at the Parsonage Retail Park in Leigh on November 16 and that he had neither insurance nor a valid licence.
He was fined and when they were added to a victim services surcharge and court costs, Sparkes has £359 to pay.
