Wigan pensioner's child porn charge
A Wigan pensioner has been accused of creating and distributing a pornographic image of a child.
Kenneth Brown-Stewart, 75, of Pool Street, Wigan, appeared before borough justices to face charges concerning one image falling into the second most serious category of indecent picture (B).
He was bailed until an appearance before a Bolton judge on December 4.
