Lisa Barrett, 36, of Crawford Avenue, Aspull, appeared before Wigan justices to admit having 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath when police stopped her in her Ford Focus on Caroline Street, on November 3. She was fined £276 and must pay £119 to victim services and in costs.
