Leanne Quereshi, 31, of Linney Square, Scholes, had initially been charged with stealing the £900 speakers from Leisure Tech early on the morning of Sunday March 20 as the tannoy system was being set up, but this charge was withdrawn by the prosecution and replaced with one of handling stolen goods.

Her punishment also includes paying £106 to the courts and victim services.
