Young Wigan attacker spared jail

McCauley Hatton, 20, of Closebrook Road, Worsley Hall, had pleaded guilty to causing Declan Rix actual bodily harm and having the drug when before Wigan justices. A Bolton judge gave him 10 months in a young offenders’ institution, but suspended the term for 18 months.
