Man admits car insurance dodge

Steven Hurst had initially denied driving a Ford Transit on Raikes Lane, Bolton, without the proper cover last September 9 but then changed his plea to guilty at his latest appearance before Wigan justices. The 59-year-old of Arrow Street, was ordered to pay a fine, costs and a victim services surcharge totalling £239.
