Ross Miller, 31, of Dinmore Avenue, Grange Park, pleaded guilty to assaulting his sibling Mandy on May 31.

Defence lawyer, Steven Townley, said Miller, who had schizophrenia and Aspergers Syndrome, went round to his sister’s address at the resort’s Sawmills estate to get some tablets. There was an argument and Miller said his sister hit him, so he kicked her in the bottom. She had no injuries.
