Motorist denies killing cyclist
A motorist has denied he is to blame for the death of a cyclist on a pedestrian crossing outside Wigan Police HQ.
Raymond Price is alleged to have caused the death of Mark Robinson by driving a Mazda carelessly on Robin Park Road on May 14 last year.
The 34-year-old victim died in hospital.
Price, 40, of The Caravan Park in Tanhouse Lane, Widnes, was remanded on unconditional bail to await trial on June 13.
