Family creates garden pub to enjoy during lockdown
The Crabtrees have built The Drunken Crab- complete with taps, tankards and traditional pub seating - with help from a Wigan-based interior design company.
According to furniture painting business Octavia Chic, the custom build took a mere three weeks to complete.

Hide AdThe company, who are situated in Swinley, shared the amazing transformation on their Facebook page and the post has gone viral, attracting 61,000 comments and 34,000 shares.
You really would think you're in a real local boozer with its authentic wooden interior, traditional pub seating and a personal pub sign hanging outside.
The pub also has working beer taps, a mini fridge to keep drinks chilled and a snack bar full of scampi crisps.
Featuring nautical themed photos and artwork, the pub plays on the family name.

Hide AdPictures show signs and coasters hanging around the pub while brown leather stools line the bar which serves a range of beers and spirits.
Also included in the pub are tankards which hang above hte bar and a dartboard on one wall, while there is even a bell to call last orders.
Octavia Chic said they have been overwhelmped with responses from people asking if they can do the same, with the firm saying it can only consider doing garden pubs in the North West.
In a Facebook post, the business said: "Thank you for all your fab feedback and comments. Really appreciate it, we're overwhelmed with the response.

"We are based in Wigan and as this took 3 week's to complete we can only consider doing garden pubs in the North West.
