Power cut across Wigan

More than 450 homes have been left without power tonight.

Electricity North West is en route to the cut in the WN2 area where they say some 469 homes have no electricity.

The company’s power map says it could be 3am before power is restored.

Within an hour of arrived on-site, the company said just 137 homes were left without power.
