Road closed after car crash
A road was closed for several hours after a car overturned.
The ambulance service and police were called to Bickershaw Lane, in Bickershaw, shortly before 8am today.
The driver of the car was seen by paramedics, but they did not appear to be injured and did not require hospital treatment.
Bickershaw Lane was blocked due to the accident and was closed between Gibson Street and Platt Bridge while the vehicle was recovered.
