Police in Leigh took to Facebook to chastise people who had travelled from as far as Warrington, Swinton and Bolton on Thursday (April 16) to Pennington Flash.
And other rule-breakers who don't live together have met up in separate cars, then got into one vehicle to have a chat.

"Today, after complaints were raised, patrols have attended Pennington Flash Country park, and spoke to people who had driven there from Warrington, Swinton, and Bolton.
"Also people who don't live together, who had met up in separate cars, then got into one car to have a chat. I know that it's difficult not to see loved ones, or to be deprived of travelling to exercise in somewhere as appealing as Pennington Flash, but these are the guidelines set by the government.
"Exercise as close to home as possible, and do not meet up or go out with others not in the same house hold.
