Adelle Ruddy (31): Thirlmere Avenue, Ince. Being the parent of a child at school, failed to ensure they regularly attended: Fined £160, pay costs of £150.

Connor Sheridan (19): Calder Place, Wigan. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community order by failing to attend his compulsory unpaid work placement, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely withdrew cash and made electronic purchases using his uncle’s bank card, intending to make a gain, namely cash, for himself: Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, have treatment for drug dependency as a non-resident patient for three months, carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next twelve months.
