Community order made, with attendance to the Building Better Relationships Programme. Fined £50, £60 victim surcharge and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Ronald Mawdsley (36): Pepper Lane, Standish – Failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis when required to do so, when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Fined £120, £20 victim surcharge, £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Toni Anne Harrop (21): Church Drive, Orrell – Assaulted Katherine Harrop by beating. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Restraining order made for the defendant not to contact directly or indirectly Katherine Harrop. £15 victim surcharge, £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Martin John Leonard Cameron (27): Ruskin Avenue, Wigan - Damaged a front door to the value of £1,052 belonging to Adactus Housing Association. 12-month community order made with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Ordered to pay compensation of £1,052, £60 victim surcharge, and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
