Ronald Mawdsley (36): Pepper Lane, Standish – Failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis when required to do so, when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Fined £120, £20 victim surcharge, £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
