Jamie Stuart Ratchford (28): Thursby House, Norley Hall – Stole four coffee jars to the value of £27, belonging to Cooperative Stores. Dale Evans (19): Victoria Road, Platt Bridge – Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Having entered as a trespasser at a flat on Swinley Lane, Wigan, stole a mobile phone to the value of £25: Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.
