Former Wigan stand-off Green retires
Former Wigan stand-off Blake Green has retired from rugby league.
The Australian stand-off spent two years at the Warriors, winning the double in 2013, before returning to the NRL
Green, 34, had been playing at Newcastle Knights but after returning from an ACL injury last year said: “I can still see everything clearly on the field and know where I need to be.
“But unfortunately my body stopped getting there.”
