Teaching assistants celebrate gaining the Best Practice with Teaching Assistants Awards (BPTAA) - recognising the dedication and high level of practice Teaching Assistants apply to their work with young children each and every day.   

The process took 14 months to achieve by meeting several standards, which are held in very high regard by the team of Teaching Assistants and all staff members at St John's, Abram. A clear vision across the trust to unlock the potential of children and staff.   Encouraging everyone to develop, to motivate them to be the best they can be and to inspire them to achieve their dreams and goals, however big or small.
